Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using RHODEUM tokens.

1. About

1.1 Rhodeum Labs (the "Platform") provides a space for the use and purchase of the digital asset RHODEUM Token.

1.2 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rhodeum, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform. By registering as a customer on the Platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the Platform or its services.

1.3 By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us and meet all eligibility requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

1.4 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter. By continuing to use our Platform after such modifications, you agree to the updated Terms.

1.6.1 modify, suspend, or terminate our Platform or any portion thereof;

1.6.2 restrict, limit, suspend, or terminate your access to our Platform;

1.6.3 remove any content on our Platform;

1.6.4 monitor your use of our Platform to verify compliance with these Terms;

1.6.5 investigate any suspected misuse or unlawful activity and cooperate with law enforcement;

1.6.6 disclose information about your use of our Platform in response to lawful investigations or court orders.

1.7 From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Platform.

2. Member Access

2.1 The Platform allows customers to:

3. Account Registration

3.1 To register an account, you must provide a valid email address and password. You agree that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

3.2 By registering as a member, you confirm that:

3.2.1 all account registration information you provide is truthful and accurate;

3.2.2 if you previously had an account, it was not terminated for violating these Terms;

3.2.3 you register for your own use and will not transfer your account to any third party;

3.2.4 we may verify your information and suspend your account if necessary.

3.3 You are responsible for all activities on your account and agree to keep your login details secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3.4 We reserve the right to disable any user account at our discretion if violations of these Terms occur.

4. Refunds

4.1 All purchases made on our Platform are final and non-refundable.

5. Account Deactivation

5.1 To deactivate your account, please contact customer support. We will process your request within 10 working days.

6. Acceptable Use

6.1 You may not:

6.1.1 use our Platform for unlawful purposes;

6.1.2 impersonate any person or entity;

6.1.3 falsify account registration information;

6.1.4 copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any portion of our Platform without permission;

6.1.5 use the Platform to exploit or harm minors;

6.1.6 transmit unauthorized advertising or promotional materials;

6.1.7 engage in any conduct that may harm the Platform or its users.

7. User Indemnification

7.1 By using our Platform, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhodeum Labs and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from:

7.1.1 your use of the Platform;

7.1.2 your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.

8.2 Any claim or cause of action must be filed within one year after it arises, or it will be forever barred.

9. Waiver and Severability

9.1 No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term.

9.2 If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Platform.
